Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

What You'll Do:
As a Candidate Experience Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting both Corporate and Retail hiring across North America. You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure every step of the hiring journey reflects the premium standards of the brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones while delivering a seamless candidate experience.
- Coordinating complex calendars for recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of candidate records within Greenhouse throughout the hiring process.
- Preparing, distributing, and tracking offer documentation with exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Serving as a trusted point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a best-in-class experience from application through offer.
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruiting operations, streamline processes, and increase efficiency.
- Supporting Talent Acquisition with recruiting operations, reporting, and special projects as business needs evolve.
- Building strong partnerships across Talent, People, and business teams while contributing to a collaborative and positive team culture.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, HR administration, or a similar support function.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse or a comparable platform.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to your work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
