  • Championing an inclusive recruiting process where every candidate is treated with respect and provided equitable consideration.

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate, retail, consumer, lifestyle, luxury, apparel, footwear, or high-growth organizations.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
